The company prides itself on its good customer service. Their helpful staff are available via phone or e-mail seven days a week to answer questions and offer advice on the different products which they sell.

The OutdoorKit website only shows products that are currently in stock. This ensures that customers are not kept waiting for their products. Orders received before 4.30pm (Monday to Friday) are despatched the same day. They’re sent on a next working day, traceable service (excluding Highlands and Islands).

OutdoorKit has an easy returns policy. Customers have 90 days in which they can return a new and unused item for a refund or an exchange.
