With Stoke City and Port Vale, Stoke is particularly well represented for football but is also home to a large number of other sports including speedway, cricket and rugby union. In addition, the city is the hometown of many successful sportsmen and women – including the squash player Angela Smith, and darts player Phil Taylor. This makes finding sport equipment a sinch as there are many Stoke sports shops dotted around the city centre – some of which we have highlighted below.
